Who We Are
Here at Top Performance Training we offer a wide variety of training classes for males and females, athletes and non athletes of all ages and fitness levels. Training within a group setting not only motivates you to push a little harder than usual, but it allows you to experience positive energy at its best. My only advice is to get in here and try your first class for free and witness first hand how much fun training can be!
We also offer sports team conditioning and small group training. If you require something a little more specific, or don't feel quite as comfortable training within a group, no problem. We see many personal training clients who need specialized programs to help prepare them for a particular physical test, or to strengthen a certain part of the body after an injury to get back to 100%.
Our specialized programs for all athletes, especially hockey, continue to show great results. Our gym is fully equipped with the latest fitness gear and we are here to guide you in every aspect of physical and mental fitness to help you reach the next level. Whether you're an elite athlete, or someone just looking to lose a few pounds, we can help!
